greenServeFE Source Archive v1.0.3

Versioned source snapshot: greenServeFE 1.0.3. Core VM files and selected examples are synced with greenServeFE-build. The interpreter compiles .gsve source to bytecode, then executes it in a stack VM with frames, lexical environments, values and native imports.
